Snowplay

Print
  • When you wake to find the world blanketed with fresh-fallen snow, Mammoth Creek Park, Shady Rest and the winter staging area off Sherwin Creek Road are good options for erecting snow sculptures or mounting full-scale snowball skirmishes. The Mammoth Scenic Loop also offers excellent opportunities to get your crew fully exhausted while romping in the white stuff. For groomed, rope-tow-served inner-tubing, head to the commercial snowplay area on the north side of Minaret Road on the way to Main Lodge.
