This short, flat, 0.6-mile nature trail makes an easy loop through the lush, upper-montane grasses and flowers of Agnew Meadow, just beyond the campgrounds and corrals. The bloom is generally at its best in late spring and early summer (into July), with colorful scatterings of larkspur, lupine, lilies, columbine, Indian paintbrush and many other varieties. Don't forget to bring bug repellent: mosquito season often coincides with the best wildflowers!
