The Eagle Lodge parking lot is a great place to get comfortable using your handcycle. After doing several laps around the pavement, head out onto the Town Loop, taking care as you cross Majestic Pines Drive. Turn onto the Lodestar Connector, a pleasant path that lies adjacent to a quiet neighborhood. The gentle inclines will get your heart pumping and your arm muscles tired, but the short distance of this ride won’t exhaust you. Save a little something for the short but surprisingly difficult grind back up the Town Loop to Eagle Lodge.
