This is a terrific high-altitude adventure for beginners and families. Stay to the far right to avoid downhill skiers on Sesame Street as you head up from the ski area and into the solitude of a forest of mountain hemlock. The trail is wide and flat-groomed with no set track. On a warm day bring a picnic to enjoy at the vista point.
