The ride from Twin Lakes Vista to Horseshoe Lake is one of the American West's all-time great scenic bike path rides, perfect for riders willing to do some climbing but without the long uphill haul from the North Village. The path meanders through the woods to the edge of Twin Lakes and then climbs fairly gradually to Lake Mary, offering classic views of Twin Falls, Dragon's Tail and the Mammoth Crest. The section from Lake Mary to Horseshoe Lake and back is an easy rolling cruise. For the fun descent back to Twin Lakes, be sure to check that your brakes are working, and obey the 15 miles per hour speed limit!
