The Sherwin Meadows Trailhead provides year-round access for outdoor recreation activities. You will find several multi-use non-motorized trails near the trailhead, including the Mammoth Rock Trail and the Meadow Trail. In the summer, this trailhead is the starting point to a quick ‘lunch time loop’ combining the Mammoth Rock Trail and the Meadow Trail. In the winter the trailhead becomes a hub for backcountry skiing, snowplay and OSV use. The Sherwin Meadows Trailhead offers easy access to excellent powder skiing in trees and north facing slopes. A short distance from the heart of town, this trailhead has ample parking, vault toilets, and great views. Winter access is available as conditions permit.
